BEYOND PLACEBO
TRANSFORMATIONAL COACHING
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last Updated: 17 Sep 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Beyond Placebo Transformational Coaching and Mentorship Program, including:
Level 1 — TRANSFORM: Post-Awakening Integration
Level 2 — CREATE: Modality & Book Development
Level 3 — LEAD: Conscious Entrepreneurship & Business Development
Beyond Placebo provides coaching and mentorship primarily to experienced practitioners seeking to integrate transformational experiences, develop original systems of work, and build responsible professional platforms around those systems.
By submitting an application, participating in screening, accepting an offer, making payment, scheduling or attending a coaching session, or otherwise participating in the program, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to read these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not apply for or participate in the program.
1. ABOUT BEYOND PLACEBO
Beyond Placebo is a transformational coaching and mentorship system.
The program is designed around a deliberate progression:
TRANSFORM → CREATE → LEAD
The sequence reflects the structure of the program:
Transform — integrate and stabilize after significant transformational or spiritual experiences.
Create — develop an original, teachable framework or modality and, where appropriate, a written body of work.
Lead — develop the professional platform and business systems needed to responsibly bring that work to an audience.
Beyond Placebo does not represent itself as a religious institution, medical provider, psychotherapy practice, occult organization, or provider of guaranteed spiritual or healing outcomes.
2. WHO THE PROGRAM IS FOR
The program is primarily intended for experienced spiritual practitioners, healers, coaches, teachers, and related practitioners who already have meaningful experience with their work and are seeking greater integration, structure, originality, or professional development.
The coaching manual is intentionally not designed as an introduction to spirituality or healing for beginners. It describes the program as being for practitioners who already have experience and who are looking to build something more structured around their work.
Applicants should therefore carefully review the coaching manual and program information before applying.

3. APPLICATION AND ELIGIBILITY
Participation is application-based.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Beyond Placebo may evaluate an applicant's:
experience;
stated objectives;
existing practice;
readiness;
professional background;
expectations;
approach to spiritual or transformational work;
ability to participate responsibly;
compatibility with the coaching environment; and
other information reasonably relevant to suitability.
Beyond Placebo may accept, reject, defer, or request further information from an applicant.
Acceptance into the program is not an entitlement.
4. ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION
Applicants and participants are expected to provide truthful, accurate, and sufficiently complete information relevant to their participation.
If at any point Beyond Placebo finds that information provided to us is misleading, materially incomplete, deliberately withheld, or otherwise insufficient for a proper assessment of suitability, we may restrict, suspend, or completely discontinue access to the program.
This may occur even if the participant has already been accepted or has already begun the program.
The purpose of this requirement is to protect the participant, the Beyond Placebo team, other participants, and the integrity of the coaching environment.
Participants are not required to disclose every private aspect of their lives. However, information that is materially relevant to safe and appropriate participation should not be deliberately concealed or misrepresented.
5. SPIRITUAL PRACTICES AND SAFETY
Beyond Placebo is informed by concepts from Indian spiritual and yogic traditions.
Beyond Placebo does not practice, teach, promote, or require occult practices in the name of spirituality.
The field of spirituality, healing, consciousness, and personal transformation contains a very broad range of traditional, contemporary, experimental, and newly emerging practices.
Beyond Placebo does not claim to represent, validate, or endorse all such practices.
Applications and participation are evaluated according to Beyond Placebo's safety, integrity, and suitability standards, informed by principles of responsible, grounded, and healthy spiritual practice.
References to healthy or grounded spiritual practice do not constitute a proprietary framework owned by Beyond Placebo and should not be interpreted as such.
Beyond Placebo reserves the right to determine whether a practice, activity, belief, conduct, or proposed use of the program is compatible with the environment it provides.
6. PRACTICES AND CIRCUMSTANCES THAT MAY AFFECT PARTICIPATION
The following are examples of circumstances that may lead to rejection, restriction, suspension, or termination of participation.
This list is illustrative and not exhaustive.
Examples may include:
unhealthy or unsafe spiritual or occult practices;
sexualized spirituality;
sexual conduct presented as part of spiritual, healing, transformational, or coaching practice;
psychedelics or drug use in connection with spiritual or transformational practices where such use creates concerns regarding safety, suitability, conduct, or participation;
failure to disclose material information relevant to participation;
concealing significant circumstances that materially affect suitability for the coaching environment;
presenting destabilizing or highly intense spiritual experiences without appropriate containment;
openly or repeatedly sharing occult experiences, rituals, practices, or related material with the Beyond Placebo team or other participants in an inappropriate or uncontrolled manner;
harassment, intimidation, abuse, threats, or mistreatment of the Beyond Placebo team or other participants;
repeated disregard for boundaries;
deliberately misleading claims regarding qualifications, experience, practice, or intentions;
attempting to use the program to promote unsafe or inappropriate practices;
unauthorized use of Beyond Placebo intellectual property;
disruptive conduct; or
any other circumstance that Beyond Placebo reasonably considers inconsistent with the safety, integrity, or proper functioning of the program.
The fact that a practice is not specifically named in these Terms does not mean that it is automatically permitted.
7. OCCULT AND SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE BOUNDARIES
Beyond Placebo recognizes that some applicants may have had profound, unusual, or highly personal spiritual experiences.
Having such an experience does not automatically make a person ineligible.
However, the coaching environment is not an unrestricted forum for occult practice, ritual exchange, spiritual experimentation, or uncontrolled sharing of extraordinary experiences.
Participants must maintain appropriate boundaries when discussing such experiences with the team or other participants.
Beyond Placebo may ask a participant to stop or limit discussion of particular experiences or practices where such material is considered inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or outside the scope of the program.
Failure to respect such boundaries may result in restriction or termination of participation.
8. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally toward:
the Beyond Placebo team;
coaches and mentors;
other participants;
invited contributors; and
the broader program community.
The following may result in disciplinary action:
harassment;
intimidation;
abusive communication;
threats;
discrimination;
sexualized interaction;
manipulation;
deliberate disruption;
repeated boundary violations;
inappropriate contact with other participants;
misuse of private information; or
mistreatment of team members or participants.
Beyond Placebo may take action where conduct affects the safety or integrity of the coaching environment, even where the conduct occurs outside a formal coaching session but is directly connected to participation in the program.
9. REPEATED OFFENCES AND STRICT ACTION
We value the safety and integrity of:
our work, our team, our participants, and the ecosystem we provide.
A repeated offence, repeated boundary violation, or repeated disregard for a previously communicated requirement may result in strict action.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
clarification or correction;
a formal warning;
restriction of particular activities;
temporary suspension;
removal from participant interactions;
denial of progression;
termination of the coaching relationship; or
complete discontinuation of access.
Beyond Placebo is not required to repeatedly renegotiate the same boundary.
10. RIGHT TO RESTRICT OR DISCONTINUE ACCESS
Beyond Placebo reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or completely discontinue a participant's access to the program where it reasonably considers this necessary to protect:
the participant;
the coaching process;
the Beyond Placebo team;
other participants;
intellectual property;
professional boundaries;
safety;
integrity; or
the wider program ecosystem.
The action taken may depend on the seriousness, frequency, context, and potential consequences of the conduct or information involved.
11. NO GUARANTEED RIGHT TO CONTINUED PARTICIPATION
Payment for a program does not create an unconditional right to continued participation where a participant materially violates these Terms & Conditions or becomes unsuitable for the coaching environment.
Where participation is discontinued, any financial consequences will be handled according to the applicable refund, cancellation, payment, and consumer-law requirements.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. LEVEL 1 — TRANSFORM
Post-Awakening Integration
Level 1 is a 6-week private one-to-one mentorship.
It is intended for advanced practitioners who have experienced a significant transformational or spiritual experience and are seeking to integrate that experience into practical life.
The manual describes Level 1 as focusing on integration, reconnection with inner resources, and rebuilding a coherent sense of self after transformation rather than pursuing further peak experiences.
The work may involve:
personal reflection;
values mapping;
emotional processing;
identifying recurring patterns;
personal responsibility;
practical integration;
grounded decision-making;
rebuilding internal resources; and
developing greater coherence between inner experience and daily life.
Level 1 is not intended as:
medical treatment;
psychiatric treatment;
psychotherapy;
emergency intervention;
treatment for an unrelated medical or psychological condition;
a guaranteed method for symptom relief; or
a method for obtaining further spiritual peak experiences.
13. LEVEL 2 — CREATE
Modality and Book Development
Level 2 is intended for eligible Level 1 graduates who have a sufficiently stabilized practice and a distinct way of working that can be developed into an original framework or modality.
The manual describes Level 2 as a 3–6 month stage combining original modality development with structured book-writing support.
Mentorship may include:
organizing experience and knowledge;
defining an original framework;
developing terminology;
structuring a methodology;
documenting a system;
developing educational materials;
structuring a book;
writing support;
positioning the participant's body of work; and
preparing the work for appropriate publication or presentation.
Level 2 is gated to eligible Level 1 graduates.
Completion of Level 1 does not automatically guarantee admission to Level 2.
14. ORIGINALITY AND OWNERSHIP OF PARTICIPANT WORK
Participants must have appropriate rights to the material they bring into Level 2.
Beyond Placebo does not authorize participants to reproduce or commercially exploit:
another person's copyrighted material;
another person's proprietary methodology;
another person's trademark;
another person's course;
another person's book;
another person's confidential material; or
another person's proprietary system.
Participants are responsible for determining whether their proposed modality, framework, terminology, book, or teaching material is sufficiently original and legally permissible.
Where appropriate, participants should obtain independent legal or intellectual-property advice.
15. LEVEL 3 — LEAD
Conscious Entrepreneurship and Business Development
Level 3 focuses on developing a professional platform and business around an appropriate practice, modality, framework, or body of work.
The manual describes Level 3 as ongoing business mentorship involving areas such as positioning, pricing, funnels, platforms, sales, and continued testing and correction.
Mentorship may include:
positioning;
audience definition;
offer development;
pricing;
program development;
website and platform development;
funnels;
marketing;
ethical sales;
audience development;
business systems;
implementation;
testing;
review;
correction; and
strategic development.
Level 3 is not a promise of business success.
16. PROGRAM PROGRESSION
The three levels are designed as a progression:
Transform → Create → Lead
The manual specifically describes the sequence as intentional: integration precedes framework development, and framework development precedes business development.
Level 2 is gated to Level 1 graduates.
Level 3 is intended for practitioners with an appropriate modality, practice, framework, or business foundation.
Beyond Placebo may determine that additional preparation is required before progression.
Completion of one level does not create an automatic contractual entitlement to the next level.
17. NO GUARANTEE OF TRANSFORMATION OR PERSONAL OUTCOME
Beyond Placebo does not guarantee:
spiritual awakening;
spiritual experiences;
emotional healing;
resolution of personal problems;
elimination of emotional difficulties;
a particular state of consciousness;
personal transformation;
specific life outcomes;
relationship outcomes;
professional outcomes; or
any other particular personal result.
Coaching provides a structured process and mentorship.
The participant remains responsible for how they interpret, apply, and act upon the work.
18. NO MEDICAL, PSYCHIATRIC OR CLINICAL SERVICES
Beyond Placebo is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological, or clinical treatment service.
The Transformational Coaching system does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure disease.
It does not teach quick fixes for medical conditions.
Beyond Placebo does not coach systems that promise medical cures in the name of healing.
Participants should not interpret coaching as:
medical advice;
diagnosis;
psychotherapy;
psychiatric treatment;
clinical treatment;
emergency intervention; or
a replacement for qualified healthcare.
Participants should seek appropriately qualified healthcare or mental-health professionals where such support is required.
Participants must not discontinue, alter, or replace prescribed treatment because of anything discussed in Beyond Placebo coaching.
Beyond Placebo does not provide crisis or emergency services.
19. PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Participants who provide coaching, healing, spiritual, educational, therapeutic, or other professional services remain responsible for their own professional conduct.
Participation in Beyond Placebo does not constitute:
medical licensing;
psychotherapy licensing;
professional healthcare certification;
legal authorization;
regulatory approval;
accreditation of a healing modality; or
certification to practice a regulated profession.
Participants are responsible for complying with the laws and professional requirements applicable to their own activities and jurisdiction.
20. BOOK WRITING AND PUBLISHING DISCLAIMER
At Level 2, Beyond Placebo provides mentorship to help participants develop their ideas, systems, frameworks, and written body of work.
Beyond Placebo does not guarantee:
that a manuscript will be completed;
that a manuscript will be accepted by a publisher;
publication;
bestseller status;
book sales;
royalties;
media attention;
recognition;
awards;
reviews;
audience growth; or
commercial success.
Publishing decisions remain outside Beyond Placebo's control.
Participants remain responsible for the accuracy, originality, legality, claims, citations, permissions, and intellectual-property status of their books and published materials.
21. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DISCLAIMER
At Level 3, Beyond Placebo provides mentorship regarding the development of business systems and platforms.
This may include positioning, offers, pricing, marketing, funnels, websites, sales processes, and related business development.
Beyond Placebo does not guarantee:
income;
profit;
clients;
sales;
business growth;
audience growth;
name;
fame;
recognition;
market acceptance;
investment;
partnerships;
book sales;
course sales;
coaching sales; or
any particular commercial result.
Business outcomes depend on factors outside the control of Beyond Placebo.
22. NO PROMISE OF WEALTH OR QUICK SUCCESS
Beyond Placebo does not sell a promise of becoming rich through spiritual work, coaching, publishing, online business, or entrepreneurship.
Level 3 is not intended as:
a get-rich-quick system;
passive-income guarantee;
side-hustle guarantee;
investment opportunity;
financial product; or
guaranteed business-growth program.
Participants should expect that building a meaningful professional platform requires implementation, testing, correction, learning, and sustained effort.
23. PAYMENT IS FOR SERVICES, NOT OUTCOMES
Your payment to Beyond Placebo is payment for the coaching and mentorship services provided.
It is not payment for:
guaranteed transformation;
guaranteed healing;
guaranteed business success;
guaranteed book publication;
guaranteed book sales;
guaranteed clients;
guaranteed income;
guaranteed recognition; or
any other promised result.
The value of the service lies in the coaching, mentorship, structure, feedback, guidance, and professional support provided during the agreed engagement.
24. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
Participants remain responsible for their own:
decisions;
actions;
implementation;
professional conduct;
business decisions;
financial decisions;
health decisions;
relationships;
public statements;
client relationships; and
outcomes.
The coach does not make decisions on behalf of the participant.
Participants are expected to exercise independent judgment.
25. NO DEPENDENCY
Beyond Placebo is intended to develop greater personal responsibility, discernment, self-awareness, and independent action.
The coaching relationship is not intended to create spiritual, psychological, financial, professional, or personal dependency upon the coach or Beyond Placebo.
Participants should not treat the coach as an unquestionable authority.
The objective is to help participants develop greater capacity to understand and manage their own work and lives.
26. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF BEYOND PLACEBO
The Beyond Placebo name, branding, coaching materials, manuals, written materials, proprietary content, exercises, website content, program structure, terminology, recordings, educational resources, and original frameworks may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, participants may not:
reproduce substantial portions of the materials;
distribute the materials to third parties;
sell or sublicense the materials;
present Beyond Placebo materials as their own;
commercially reproduce proprietary materials;
upload proprietary materials to public repositories;
reverse-engineer proprietary systems;
create a competing product based substantially on protected materials; or
use the Beyond Placebo name in a manner suggesting endorsement or affiliation.
27. PARTICIPANT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Participants generally retain ownership of their own original work, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.
Participation in Beyond Placebo does not automatically transfer ownership of a participant's original:
book;
framework;
modality;
writing;
business;
website;
brand;
course;
educational content; or
other original intellectual property
to Beyond Placebo.
Participants are responsible for determining appropriate intellectual-property protection for their own work.
28. CONFIDENTIALITY
Beyond Placebo will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of private information shared during coaching, subject to applicable law, safety requirements, technical limitations, and the applicable privacy policy.
Participants are also expected to respect the privacy of the coach, team members, and other participants.
Participants must not publish, distribute, disclose, or commercially use another participant's private information or confidential information without appropriate permission.
Confidentiality may not apply where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to address serious safety concerns, unlawful conduct, abuse, or other circumstances requiring intervention.
29. RECORDING OF COACHING SESSIONS
Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially use coaching sessions without prior written permission.
Beyond Placebo will seek appropriate permission where it wishes to use identifiable participant material, testimonials, recordings, photographs, statements, or similar material for promotional purposes where required.
30. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND TECHNOLOGY
The program may use third-party technology and services, including:
video-conferencing platforms;
email services;
payment processors;
websites;
cloud services;
publishing platforms;
advertising platforms;
social-media platforms; and
other technology providers.
Beyond Placebo does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continued availability, policies, algorithms, security, pricing, functionality, or operation.
Changes to third-party platforms may affect a participant's implementation or business activities.
31. PAYMENTS AND FEES
The applicable fee and payment schedule will be communicated before enrollment.
Participants are responsible for making payments according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to make an agreed payment may result in suspension of access or termination of the coaching engagement, subject to applicable law and the specific payment agreement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees paid for coaching are consideration for services rather than payment for a particular outcome.
Any applicable taxes, transaction fees, currency-conversion charges, or banking charges will be handled according to the applicable checkout or payment terms.
32. INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS AND CURRENCY
Beyond Placebo may accept participants from multiple countries.
Where prices are displayed in a particular currency, the final amount charged may depend on the payment processor, applicable taxes, currency conversion, banking arrangements, and the participant's location.
Participants are responsible for reviewing the final amount displayed before completing payment.
33. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Refund and cancellation terms applicable to a particular coaching engagement will be communicated before payment or enrollment.
Because private coaching involves reserved professional time and limited availability, cancellations and rescheduling may be subject to reasonable conditions.
Where a separate written refund policy or enrollment agreement applies, that policy will govern the relevant transaction, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
For international consumers, mandatory rights under applicable local consumer law may apply regardless of contractual wording.
34. MISSED SESSIONS AND DELAYS
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.
Late arrival may reduce the available coaching time.
Repeated missed sessions, prolonged inactivity, or failure to communicate may result in the engagement being paused or closed.
A participant's delay does not automatically extend a fixed-duration program.
Any exceptions will be handled according to the applicable coaching arrangement.
35. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES
The coaching relationship is professional.
Participants should not expect the coach to function as:
a doctor;
therapist;
psychiatrist;
lawyer;
accountant;
investment adviser;
emergency responder;
religious authority; or
personal decision-maker.
Where appropriate, Beyond Placebo may recommend that a participant seek another qualified professional.
36. SAFETY-RELATED REFERRAL
Where a participant's needs appear to fall materially outside the scope of coaching, Beyond Placebo may recommend appropriate external professional support.
This may include medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other specialist support.
Such a recommendation does not constitute a diagnosis or clinical assessment by Beyond Placebo.
37. PARTICIPANT'S OWN PRACTICE
Participants remain responsible for how they subsequently use, modify, teach, or apply ideas developed through coaching.
Beyond Placebo does not guarantee the effectiveness, safety, legality, professional suitability, or commercial success of a participant's independently developed modality.
Where appropriate, participants should seek independent professional advice before offering services to the public.
38. MARKETING AND PUBLIC CLAIMS
Participants are responsible for claims they make publicly about their own services.
Beyond Placebo does not authorize participants to make unsupported medical, healing, spiritual, financial, or commercial claims merely because an idea was discussed during coaching.
Participants must ensure that their public claims, advertisements, websites, books, programs, and promotional materials comply with applicable laws and professional requirements.
39. CHANGES TO PROGRAM DELIVERY
Beyond Placebo may reasonably modify administrative processes, scheduling, technology, supporting materials, or methods of delivery where necessary to operate or improve the program.
Material changes to agreed commercial terms will be communicated where required.
No change will be intended to remove rights that cannot legally be removed.
40. FORCE MAJEURE
Beyond Placebo will not be responsible for delays or inability to provide services caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control.
These may include:
major technical failures;
natural disasters;
government restrictions;
public emergencies;
significant platform failures;
telecommunications failures;
serious illness or incapacity;
or other circumstances that make performance impracticable.
Where reasonably possible, affected services may be rescheduled or alternative arrangements may be offered.
41. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Beyond Placebo will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from a participant's decisions or implementation of coaching guidance, including loss of anticipated income, profits, business opportunities, audience, recognition, book sales, or other commercial expectations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded.
42. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or reduce mandatory consumer protections applicable to a participant under the laws governing their transaction.
Where applicable, consumers may have statutory rights relating to services, cancellation, refunds, quality, performance, unfair contract terms, privacy, or dispute resolution.
The applicable rights may vary depending on the participant's country, state, province, territory, or other jurisdiction.
Where local law provides a protection that cannot legally be waived by contract, that protection will continue to apply.
43. INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS
Beyond Placebo may accept participants internationally, including participants located in India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and other jurisdictions.
International participants are responsible for determining whether participation in the program and their subsequent professional activities comply with laws applicable to them.
Nothing on the Beyond Placebo website should be interpreted as legal, medical, tax, immigration, regulatory, or professional advice for a particular jurisdiction.
Where mandatory local law applies to a participant, those rights and obligations will apply to the extent required by law.
44. TAXES AND PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
Participants are responsible for determining whether they have tax, reporting, business-registration, licensing, or other obligations arising from their participation in the program or from income generated through their own activities.
Beyond Placebo does not provide individualized tax or legal advice.
45. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a concern arises, participants are encouraged to contact Beyond Placebo first so that the matter can be reviewed and, where reasonably possible, resolved directly.
Nothing in this provision prevents a consumer from exercising a mandatory legal right to use a court, regulatory body, consumer authority, alternative dispute-resolution mechanism, or other forum available under applicable law.
Because Beyond Placebo serves participants internationally, the governing-law and jurisdiction provision should be reviewed specifically for the business structure, place of contracting, payment arrangement, and jurisdictions in which consumers are served.
46. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Personal information collected through applications, eligibility screening, coaching, payments, communications, websites, and related services will be handled according to the applicable Beyond Placebo Privacy Policy.
47. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable:
enrollment agreement;
payment terms;
refund policy;
coaching-specific agreement;
privacy policy;
program description; and
other written terms expressly incorporated into the participant's engagement
form the applicable agreement governing participation.
If a specific written agreement signed or expressly accepted by both parties conflicts with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific agreement will govern to the extent of the conflict.
48. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
49. NO WAIVER
If Beyond Placebo does not immediately enforce a particular provision, this does not mean that Beyond Placebo has permanently waived its right to enforce that provision.
50. ASSIGNMENT
Participants may not transfer, resell, assign, or otherwise transfer their coaching participation to another person without prior written permission from Beyond Placebo.
Beyond Placebo may transfer or assign its rights and obligations where reasonably necessary for business restructuring, continuity, or operation, subject to applicable law.
51. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
Electronic acceptance, checkbox confirmation, online enrollment, electronic signature, payment, or other electronically recorded acceptance may constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions where permitted by applicable law.
Participants should retain a copy of these Terms & Conditions for their records.

IMPORTANT PROGRAM PRINCIPLE
Beyond Placebo is built around a simple principle:
The coaching provides structure, mentorship, and guidance. The participant creates the outcome.
Your payment is for the professional coaching and mentorship services provided by Beyond Placebo.
It is not a payment for a guaranteed transformation, healing, book, audience, business, income, recognition, fame, or other promised result.
